TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE RENTAL RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS :

• Full maintenance of the vehicle as a result of normal wear & tear
• Comprehensive motor insurance coverage
• 24-Hour Road Assistance and Emergency Service.
• Free replacement when the original rental vehicle is grounded for repair or regular servicing / inspection
• Cassette /or CD player.
• Road Tax and Radio licence
• Unlimited mileage

2. INSURANCE POLICY

• Falcon's vehicles are covered with comprehensive motor insurance. This includes insurance cover for damage to Falcon's vehicles and also third parties' bodily injuries and property and vehicle damage.

3. COLLISION DAMAGE EXCESS REDUCTION BENEFIT

• Drivers between age 21 to 25 years old and/or driving experience less than 2 years. is responsible for the first $3,000.00 excess for collision/damage to Falcon's vehicle (including windscreen) and also first $1,000.00 excess for collision/damage to third party's vehicle for each and every accident/damage.These limited liability can be reduced by paying a small fee.

• Drivers above 25 years old with driving experience above 2 years. is responsible for the first $2,000.00 excess for collision/damage to Falcon's vehicle (including windscreen) and also first $1,000.00 excess for collision/damage to third party's vehicle for each and every accident/damage.These limited liability can be reduced by paying a small fee.

4. RESTRICTIONS

• Rates are computed based on normal usage patterns, maintenance, insurance and back-up services meant for use in Singapore only.
• Drivers of Falcon vehicle must be above must be above 21 years old with at least 1 year driving experience and possess a valid driving licence.
• Hirer shall be accountable for petrol / traffic and parking violations/ acquisition of Cash Cards / ERP gantries and parking coupons.
